Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time. We now have FREE Shipping on selected items that are listed in our FREE Shipping Items category for USA only. Orders are shipped UPS (no UPS to post office addresses) from several distributors in the USA for faster shipping to your location. Order ship USPS Parcel Post (standard) or USPS Priority Mail. Whenever possible we upgrade shipping to USPS Flat Rate Priority at no extra charge to you for faster shipping. If you live in an area where you want UPS rather than USPS delivery please let us know in the comment section at checkout and we will not upgrade to USPS Priority. Your shipping charge will be automatically calculated at checkout. For your convenience you can ship gifts directly to another person with a different address than your billing address. During the checkout process, simply indicate where you'd like your items sent. The billing address will be used for purposes of verifying your credit card payment and the shipping address will indicate where you want your items to be sent.

Returns

For bird safety reasons, if you want to return your item(s) because it isn’t what you bird can use, due to the risk of avian disease all returns must be in original, unopened sealed box or container. You will not be able to return the item(s) for any reason if the box has been opened. We must be able to re-sell the product with no risk or fear of avian disease and our main reason is for the health of all of the pet birds. We hope you understand, your bird’s health and safety is so important. Call 855-386-2473 to determine next steps for return.

If you qualify for a refund, you will receive it within 7-10 business days. 

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, refuse it and contact us immediately at our customer service toll free number 855-FUNBIRD. If you sign for a product and do not report any visible damage to the driver we cannot file a claim with the shipping company for the damage and cannot be liable for the replacement or return of the products. Minor damage to a shipment can be saved so please contact us immediately for further assistance. All damages must be reported to us within 3 business days.
