Your bird’s bath and shower time can be a fun time!

You can mist your parrot with a hand held spray bottle or if your bird is interested in the shower, a perch is perfect, they will spread their wings, put his head down, shake around, acting out delight in every drop. If you mist, try misting above your bird so that the water simulates a rain shower.  Our birds get really excited sitting on their special perch and chatting under the shower water. In the summer, we completely soak our birds to the skin a couple of times a week. Slowly get them used to their nail file for keeping their nails groomed and healthy.
